Details/Specifics of Change: The Environmental Satellite Processing
Center
(ESPC) is planning a network outage for September 13, 2012, between
1400
-1600 UTC to upgrade the Distribution Zone network.  This upgrade
impacts
many distribution servers which distribute satellite products and
services.
 We realize this temporary product outage may cause some inconvenience,
 and
we appreciate your understanding as we work to increase system
reliability
for the future.  The backup date for this planned outage is September
19,
2012.

 Three servers which will not be impacted by this outage and will enjoy
nominal operations are as follows:
