L1 was
unable to process the sectors mentioned above.
ESPC checked with the SOCC GOES controllers and they received all
images
and did not see any reason for the outage.
*UPDATE: *There were Solar RFIs at the CDA and this caused bad data to
be ingested and not be processed by the GINIs at 1304 UTC
per SOCC GOES controllers and the GINI System administrator.
