Details/Specifics of Change:  The ESPC anonymous FTP Server SATEPSANONE
will be rebooted on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 as part of routine
system
maintenance.  At the close of this outage window, the server is
expected to
resume nominal operations.  If you find any network
