Details/Specifics of Change:
A GOES-15 (GOES-West) East/West Station Keeping maneuver will be
performed
on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 1249 UTC. The backup date for this
maneuver is Thursday, January 31, 2013. If NWS Regions have any
operational concerns, please contact the NCEP SDM (301) 683-1500 at
least 6
hours prior to the maneuver time.
On January 29, 2013 the following schedule will be employed to support
maneuver operations for GOES-15 (GOES-West):
1245 UTC: GOES-15 (GOES-West) East/West Maneuver Schedule begins
1245 UTC - 1259 UTC: GOES-15 (GOES-West) No Scan Operations
1300 UTC: GOES-15 (GOES-West) Routine Scan Operations Resume
There will be no GOES-13 (GOES-East) Full Disk (30 minute) Imaging
due to
the outage being less than 15 minutes.
There will be no recovery schedule for this maneuver.
