preparation for these moves, the following data may experience a data
latency on Wednesday, January 23rd at 1400 UTC for approximately
5 minutes.
A second period of data delay is anticipated on Thursday, January
24, 2013
for approximately 4 hours. A notification will be distributed
later with
additional details on the scheduled second period of data delay.
