There are two (2) COMM lines that will need to be moved. The 1st line is data (MetOp, BGAC, Jason-2) that goes to NSOF. This line is hardwired link, which will require re-splicing in order to move the IJPS and Jason racks. It is projected that the line will be down for about 4 hrs. The 2nd line is the WCDA CIP line that handles BGAC, MetOp and Met-10 data between Wallops, VA. This line can be moved without contractor support, It is projected that the line will be down for about 1 hour. ESPC will transfer the Metop's GDS files from CIP, once this line is up and running, back to ESPC to cover the 3 hours difference between the outages. *Contact Information for Further Information:* ESPC Operations at ESPCOperations@noaa.gov at 301-817-3880 *Web Site(s) for applicable information:* See http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/SATS/messages.html for this and other satellite related messages.
