Details/Specifics of Impact: Due to a failed power supply on the
primary
router, the Environmental Satellite Processing Center (ESPC) is
planning a
brief network outage to switch routers for National Centers for
Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Point-Of-Presence (POP) connection
at the
NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) in Suitland, MD, for
February 5,
2013, at 1700 UTC.  There is no backup date for this planned
outage. If NWS
Regions have any operational concerns, please contact the NCEP SDM
(301)
683-1500.

Please note: At the close of this outage window all services are
expected
to resume nominal operations.  If you find that any of your services
are
still affected after the close of the outage window please use contact
information listed below.
