Quarterly Space Measurements during the 2042 UTC housekeeping on

February 12, 2013. Two imager and one sounder frames will replace the
housekeeping commanding. All three frames will be located off Earth,
viewing space.

20:47:00 =96 Imager South edge
Please note: No regularly scheduled imager or sounder frames will be
