Three tests are planned to be executed on the NOAA-17 SBUV:

1) TEST ONE

a. SBUV will use Flex Memory Segment 1 (Mg II wavelengths) for discrete mode data collection

b. Data Collection is from: March 1, 2013, 18:07:23 UTC to March 3, 2013, 08:01:44 UTC

2) TEST TWO

a. Modify Word 14 of Flex memory Segment 0 with the following wavelength values: 317.50 nm, 301.92 nm, 292.18 nm, 273.51 nm, 378.62 nm (GPOS = -190, 24, 157, 410, -1049 respectively) and perform position mode data collection for multiple orbits

b. Data Collections:

i. 317.50 nm: March 4, 2013, 13:40:06 UTC to March 4, 2013, 18:38:39 UTC

ii. 301.92 nm: March 4, 2013, 18:38:39 UTC to March 5, 2013, 00:32:04 UTC

iii. 292.18 nm: March 5, 2013, 13:15:32 UTC to March 5, 2013, 19:52:42 UTC

iv. 273.51 nm: March 5, 2013, 19:52:42 UTC to March 6, 2013, 03:19:19 UTC

v. 378.62 nm: March 6, 2013, 16:09:15 UTC to March 7, 2013, 02:54:40 UTC

3) TEST THREE

a. Perform discrete mode data collection after modifying Word 0 and Word 11 of Flex memory Segment 0 to the following:

i. Word 0, replace 251.91 nm (GPOS = 700) with 307.98 nm (GPOS = -59)

ii. Word 11, replace 339.83 nm (GPOS = -500) with 310.02 nm (GPOS = -87)

b. Data Collection is from: March 7, 2013, 15:45 UTC to March 8, 2013, 15:25 UTC

c. Following the test, the SBUV FLEX memory Segment 0 Words 0, 11 will be reloaded to their nominal values
