This change was not done correctly. This caused connection issues between MMC and Svalbard and therefore caused connection issues with DHNs at NESDIS and the GEM at Svalbard. The GEM and all DHNs have had services recycled and both sites are receiving orbit 7099. Details/Specifics of Change: During the back orbit of 7096, AT&T performed a planned router Class of Service (COS) change. This change was not done correctly. This caused connection issues between MMC and Svalbard and therefore caused connection issues with DHNs at NESDIS and the GEM at Svalbard. The GEM and all DHNs have had services recycled and both sites are receiving orbit 7099. Data recovery will be started following data processing for orbit 7099.
