Details/Specifics of Change: The decommissioning date for NOAA-17,
originally scheduled for March 20, 2013, has been postponed until
further
notice.  We expect a delay of a few weeks.  Further details will
be posted
when a new decommissioning date is set.

Also, there will be an additional HIRS (High Resolution Infrared
Radiation
Sounder) end of life test performed the week of March 18, 2013. Details
will be provided in a separate notice.
