Quarterly Space Measurements during the 1534 UTC housekeeping on

May 14, 2013.  Two imager and one sounder frames will replace the
housekeeping commanding. All three frames will be located off Earth,
viewing space.

Please note: No regularly scheduled imager or sounder frames will be
canceled.
