Dear users,
We are happy to announce that MODIS/Aqua chlorophyll frontal
products are now operational at NOAA/NESDIS, which are generated in
the new NOAA CoastWatch Okeanos operational production system. The
frontal products include daily-merged chlorophyll gradient
magnitude, granule chlorophyll gradient magnitude, and granule
chlorophyll gradient direction. Operational frontal products are
available in the following URL address: ftp://cw-okeanos.noaa.gov/pub/FRONTAL/.
The products will also be available in the NOAA CoastWatch web
server. Operational monitoring (8x5) of product quality is provided
in the NOAA/OSPO Okeanos ocean color products monitoring web site
(http://www.ospo.noaa.gov/Products/ocean/color/index.html).
