(RFI) at Wallops CDA, the GINI LI monitor crashed which caused the
processing to stop. As a result the following images were lost: 0800z
NHEMI missed 2 sectors (AKNATL and WCONUS), 0815 PACUS, and the 0830z
NHEMI. ESPC stopped and restarted the remappers and data resumed
processing.
