NOAA-18 MHS Flywheel motor is known to have an erratic current. In order to prevent the instrument from entering fault mode from this erratic current, the fault and warning limits need to be modified in the instrument’s limit table. To load these values to the MHS memory, the instrument will be placed into Standby mode for a few minutes while the table is loaded and then a dump of the MHS memory will be performed.
