This will affect all LRIT services including GOES East and West imagery, the copy of GOES DCS and the copy of EMWIN and also environmental charts. Although we are planning for a one hour window, it is expected that the outage will be of a shorter duration. GOES DCS users may want to plan to connect to a LRGS during that time period (NLRGS1.noaa.gov , NLRGS2.noaa.gov or EDDN1.usgs.gov , EDDN2.usgs.gov and EDDN3.usgs.gov ). Note; this is not the same outage that will affect GOES DCS on LRIT only that takes place earlier in the day.
