Details/Specifics of Change:A GOES-13 (GOES-East) East/West Station
Keeping
maneuver will be performed on September 11, 2013, at 0026 UTC. The
backup
date for this maneuver is September 13, 2013.  NWS Regions have any
operational concerns, please contact the NCEP SDM (301) 683-1500 at
least 6
hours prior to the maneuver time.

On September 11, 2013 the following schedule will be employed to
support
maneuver operations for GOES-13 (GOES-East):
0020 UTC: GOES-13 (GOES-East) East/West Maneuver Schedule begins
0024 UTC - 0038 UTC -- GOES-13 (GOES-East) No Scan Operations
0039 UTC - GOES-13 (GOES-East) Routine Scan Operations Resume.

****The maneuver is being performed at the normal day transition, which
normally has an image and sounding gap from 0030 to 0039 UTC.
Therefore
the only image & sounding impact is a shortened Northern Hemisphere
starting at 0015 UTC (duration change from 14:15 to 9:44).****

There will be no GOES-15 (GOES-West) Full Disk (30 minute) Imaging
due to
the outage being less than 15 minutes.

There will be no recovery schedule for this maneuver.
