The NPOESS Data Exploitation (NDE) system received part of orbit 10021
out of order, arriving at 1730 UTC. This caused failures of the
Advanced
Technology Microwave Sounder (ATMS) BUFR Granules and Ozone Mapping and
Profiler Suite (OMPS) NP and TC BUFR Granules covering the time range
1507 UTC - 1545 UTC. All other products appear to have processed fine
during that period. The current state of the NDE system is running
fine.
