Other Western Hemisphere is unaffected. - The ADT (Advanced Dvorak Technique) web site is not distributing products for systems warned on by JTWC in the Eastern and Southern Hemispheres; however, products generated by the RSMCs in the Eastern and Southern Hemispheres are not affected. For example, ADT output for NN, which is JTWC's 29W, is available based on RSMC Tokyo forecasts.
