Impact to distribution of ESPC products is now resolved. *Topic: *JTWC Network Outage impact on ESPC Products *Date/Time Issued**: *October 30, 2013, 1235 UTC *Product(s) or Data Impacted:*Due to a network outage at JTWC (Joint Typhoon Warning Center), several ESPC tropical products are being impacted due to the lack of ATCF (Automated Tropical Cyclone Forecast) data from JTWC. - The MTCSWA (Multi-Platform Tropical Cyclone Surface Winds Analysis) web site is not distributing products for the Eastern and Southern Hemispheres. Other Western Hemisphere is unaffected. - The ADT (Advanced Dvorak Technique) web site is not distributing products for systems warned on by JTWC in the Eastern and Southern Hemispheres; however, products generated by the RSMCs in the Eastern and Southern Hemispheres are not affected. For example, ADT output for NN, which is JTWC's 29W, is available based on RSMC Tokyo forecasts.
