South-earth-sensor-scan inhibit operation for
      MTSAT-1R from November 11 to November 12, 2013

South-earth-sensor-scan inhibit operation for MTSAT-1R is scheduled
from
1614 UTC, November 11 to 0114 UTC, November 12, 2013, to avoid Lunar
intrusion.
In connection with this operation, some position gaps might occur on
all images of the following MTSAT-1R observations, and the quality of
the images might be temporarily degraded:

1700 UTC, November 11 - 0100 UTC, November 12, 2013

East-West MTSAT-1R station-keeping maneuver on November 13,
2013

An east-west station-keeping maneuver for MTSAT-1R is scheduled from
0414 UTC
for a few minutes on November 13, 2013.
For about six hours after the performance of the maneuver, some
position gaps
in the images of MTSAT-1R observations might occur, and the quality
of the images
might be temporarily degraded.

North-earth-sensor-scan inhibit operation for MTSAT-1R from
November 13 to November 14, 2013

North-earth-sensor-scan inhibit operation for MTSAT-1R is
scheduled from
2014 UTC, November 13 to 0314 UTC November 14, 2013, to avoid Lunar
intrusion.
In connection with this operation, some position gaps might occur on
all images of the following MTSAT-1R observations, and the quality of
the images might be temporarily degraded:

2100 UTC, November 13 - 0300 UTC, November 14, 2013

Distribution time change for MTSAT LRIT on November 15,
2013

For maintenance work on MTSAT's ground system, the dissemination time
of the following LRIT data is scheduled to be changed:

November 15, 2013

LRIT:
D1-F01 - the distribution time is changed to 0130 UTC
D0-F01 - the distribution time is changed to 0135 UTC
PS-N01 - the distribution time is changed to 0139 UTC
