**Update 2:*On Rev 10576, had same issues as Rev 10575
*Update 1 :* On Rev 10575, Fairbanks had issues capturing SMD data,
Fairbanks SMD PP1 captured ~110,000 less EVCDU's than Svalbard. DMR is
registering 2 SSR retransmits from the time 18:01:55-18:02:10 and
18:04:00-18:04:02. This data will be recovered once we switch
back over
to Svalbard on Rev 10577 (AOS 21:22:55)*
