*Length of Outage:*We do not expect an outage but if we experience
technical issues an outage of between 15 and 45 minutes is possible.
*Details/Specifics of Change*: NOAA will test LRIT uplink from the
backup network live by failing over Wallops LRIT transmit operations to
the WBU for GOES East & to the FCDAS for GOES West. The test will last
between 2 and 3 hours and we do not expect an outage. Once testing is
completed, Wallops Ops will coordinate with the SOCC & backup sites to
handover the LRIT East & West transmits services back to Wallops.
