*Update #1:* SNPP has resumed flowing data to ESPC/NDE. The delayed
products/data from NPOESS orbit 11027 have been pushed out by the GSE
and processed through the IDPS system. Some data was not transferred
to
users because it did not meet their timeliness requirements.
