grid upgrades at their site. As a result, Meteosat-10 HRIT data
broadcast will be interrupted via the NOAA DOMSAT link from 1500 UTC up
to 1900 UTC on December 19. This data interruption will affect all
users of the NOAA DOMSAT service.
