During Svalbard contact 11947 (AOS 10:51z), antenna started tracking
another spacecraft during X-band playback, therefore data was not
received on the ground system. Data will be re-dumped on the following
orbit (~12:31z).
Some data may not be transferred to users because it did not meet their
timeliness requirements.
