*Details/Specifics of Change:* Prior to SVL orbit 12098, NESDIS IDPS
received multiple Oracle database critical messages. There was partial
processing of Rev 12097 and no IDPS processing of Rev 12098. Systems
Engineers are currently working on the problem. NESDIS IDPS ingested
RDRs from Rev 12098 and will require processing after IDPS shuts down
and restarts.
Some data was not transferred to users because it did not meet their
timeliness requirements.
