****UPDATE#2: "CORRECTION"**** Due to the continuous problems at the
CDA with IPS image memory being full; the software had to be reset a
second time which caused memory loss. As a result, the Primary GINI-L2
lost the 23:15 UTC and the 23:30 UTC images. ESPC stopped and started
the remapper and data resumed processing at 23:45 UTC. **
UPDATE#1: **ESPC is not processing to GINI AWIPS East Data. GINI East
system is hung. ESPC is trouble shooting this problem.
