engineers performed a fail over test to the Fairbanks antenna site.
Fairbanks was primary for the support with SVL as backup. Stored
mission data was captured nominally on the ground at both SVL and
Fairbanks but was not forwarded to NESDIS IDPS. The data will be
delayed and will in all likelihood not be ingested until approximately
22:00Z. **
