Details/Specifics of Change: At approximately 0330 UTC on June 14,
2014,
the ESPC data center experienced an outage. Due to unknown connectivity
issue, the Environmental Satellite Processing (ESPC) is unable to
send or
receive products and/or data. The problem is being investigated.  The
network engineers and other appropriate personnel are on site.
