On July 1, 2014 at 9:18 p.m. (01:18 UTC jday 182) the A-DCS stopped
producing telemetry.This was described by CNES/ARGOS as a WATCH_DOG
occurrence on the NOAA-19 A-DCS instrument.
The ARGOS instrument switched into a reduced mode at 9:18 p.m. EDST
(01:18 UTC) then 4 minutes later to NOMINAL mode at 9:23 p.m. (01:23
UTC) (this is non-telemetry producing mode).OSPO Engineers issued the
command sequence to place the instrument in a mode generating telemetry
again at 22:36:38 UTC jday 182 Rev 27807 6:36 PM EDST.
Telemetry message verification received from the A-DCS/ARGOS program at
8:03 PM EDST (00:03 UTC jday 183)
