product processing servers started to be unable to keep up with the
processing load. By late afternoon, product began to expire to the
users, and the backlog was continuing to build. We added more
processing
servers, and the backlog is now going down quickly. It appears no
products were lost, but some were not distributed to users because they
did not meet their timeliness requirement. **
