standard in August 2014.

Monthly RSS interruption
Meteosat-9 Rapid Scanning Service (RSS) will be suspended for scheduled
Full Earth Scanning and Ground Segment Maintenance.
Meteosat-8 RSS image data, rectified to 9.5 deg E, replaces the
Meteosat-9 service. The RSS meteorological product service is not
available during this timeframe.
An outage of 15 minutes (or slightly more) can be expected when
switching to and from Meteosat-8.

exercise.
ESPC will failover to the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
site. During this time, ATMS and CrIS data from S-NPP will not be
available via EUMETCast and the GTS. Data will be available from the
NOAA CLASS archive (www.class.noaa.gov/).
