**Beginning at about 23:00 UTC, NDE stopped distributing all product
files to pull users. Investigation showed that no product files were
being distributed to any pull users during the impacted time frame. All
product files were created properly, but stopped flowing to the
distribution servers. Flow was initiated within NDE and the product
files began to get distributed; however, due to the length of time they
remained within NDE, some of the products have expired.
