*Details/Specifics of Change: * At approximately 1200 UTC, the NDE data
distribution system began experiencing unexpected issues which has
resulted in a reduction in data products transferred to the user
community. All product types have been affected. The issue has been
investigated and corrective action is now being implemented. It is
expected that the distribution system will be returned to a nominal
state by 2100 UTC.
