NDE will install Linux build of MIRS and BUFR with the following incorporated fixes.

VPW: The value of the pressure is corrected and the unit is "Pa".
ACSPO SST: Added calculation of SSTPQ (Pixel level quality flags) and RETRQ (Quality of pixel level retrieval), which are set as missing in AIX version
OMPS NP BUFR: Compression option removed in Linux version (this should be transparent to user)
