The purpose of the exercise is to validate the ability to failover the ESPC network to the CIP system and the ability to switchback the ESPC network to the NSOF facility after an approximately seven (7) hour duration.This test will be transparent to ESPC users, with the exception of pre-determined non-critical/non-funded products not being available during the test. See link below for products available/not available during the exercise. The ESPC/CIP Contingency Exercise**will begin on November 18 at 8:30 am EDT and products should begin distributing from the CIP system by 9:30 am EDT. Details/Specifics of Change:  The ESPC plans to failover to the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) site on November 18th and possibly November 19th as a follow-up to the ESPC CIP Contingency Exercise.
