Update #1: AFWA/OFFUTT subscriptions were turned off due to system issues at AFWA/OFFUTT. They have resolved all system issues. However, IDPS is unable to restore the subscription as requested by AFWA/OFFUTT due to systems issues at IDPS. Engineers at IDPS will be trouble shooting later this morning.
