The system is currently processing a backlog of approximately 10 hours, although most recent data is processed first. Level 1-B data is now available for both AQUA and TERRA. Level 2 products will be available in approximately 6 hours. AIRS data is still offline. AIRS technicians have been notified, there is no current ETA for restoration. * Update #3: *The AIRS/MODIS outage is still on-going. However the root cause has been determined and repairs to the system are on-going. Restoration of data processing is expected to be completed this morning. However, due to lack of data storage capacity, back-logged data will not be recoverable. * Update #2: *The AIRS/MODIS outage is still on-going. Vendor support has been requested and additional analysis is occurring to determine the underlying cause and identify a course of action to correct the situation.
