*Details/Specifics of Change:*	Since Feb 4, 2015 (1620 UTC), the S-NPP
ground system has not been able to process the externally provided Navy
Aerosol Analysis and Prediction System (NAAPS) ancillary data.
The NAAPS
products are used as initial input into S-NPP Aerosol product
generation in
order to obtain an optimal solution.  Community users of these products
should note that the Aerosol products provided by the S-NPP ground
system
still meet specification; however, those products are not at the full
optimal quality such as when NAAPS is used by those algorithms during
nominal processing.

S-NPP Technicians are currently working with the NAAPS provider to
ascertain the root cause and to implement the necessary corrective
action
in order to resume optimal processing of those algorithms using
NAAPS data
as input.  For those downstream users of NAAPS data in HDF5 format as
provided by the S-NPP ground system, that ancillary data will not be
available until this specific processing problem is resolved.
