Details/Specifics of Change:There is a planned network outage on the T1
circuit from NSOF to Meteo-France for March 31, 2015, between 2030 UTC
and 2130 UTC for network optimization. GOES-West data will not be
transmitted to Meteo-France during the circuit outage.
