*Reason: *The NCEP Storm Prediction Center (SPC) is forecasting a
MODERATE risk for severe weather for today and into tonight for " an
outbreak of severe thunderstorms is expected across the Plains states
Saturday into Saturday night...from parts of Nebraska southward to
Texas. Risks will include very large hail, damaging wind gusts, and
several tornadoes -- with a few likely to be significant/long-lived"
per
SPC. Heavy rainfall and flash flooding remain a possibility as
well and
is being closely monitored by NCEP WPC as well for today into tonight.
