As a result, positional gaps may appear in all images of MTSAT-2 observations made during the following period, and image quality may be adversely affected:

Inhibition of South-Earth-Sensor-Scan Operation for MTSAT-2 on June 24, 2015

Inhibited south-earth-sensor-scan operation for MTSAT-2 is scheduled to take place from 1617 UTC to 2217 UTC on June 24, 2015 to avoid lunar intrusion.
