The purpose of the exercise is to validate the ability for ESPC to failover the operational network at NSOF to the ESPC/CIP and to switchback the ESPC network back to the NSOF facility after an approximately seven (7) hour duration. This test should be transparent to ESPC users, with the exception of pre-determined non-critical/non-funded products being unavailable during the test. Details/Specifics of Change: As a follow-up to the ESPC CIP Contingency Exercise, ESPC plans to failover to the ESPC/Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) site at Wallops Island, Va on August 12, 2015, with a backup date of August 13, 2015.
