*Update #2:* ESPC was informed by the IDPS controller that their have
failed back to the DDS01 server as of 1515z on July 28, 2015.*
Update #1: *At approximately 0045Z SNPP engineering stated the problem
between NDE and IDPS has been fixed. Will continue to monitor all
evening; however, all issues should now be resolved.
