**Update #2:* *ESPC was informed by the IDPS controller that their
have
failed back to the DDS01 server as of 1515z on July 28, 2015.

Update #1: *IDPS engineers Discovered that the delays were caused
by the
storenext process on the ESPC system. ESPC is troubleshooting with sys
admins. Currently only NDE is being affected. *
