08/24. NRL Cal/Val team reports that the channel 9-18 are good for
operational use. The other channels (1-8, 19-24) do not meet
operational

Update #2: *ESPC is now receiving DMSP/SSM/S F-18 data starting with
rev. 30158. Spacecraft remains in Basic mode at this time. Some
instruments and sensors have been brought online and are producing
