Details/Specifics of Change: A research request was submitted by Chris Veldon for the NOAA SHOUT field experiment (flying the Global Hawk into hurricanes) for GOES-East Rapid Scan Operations.
There will be an increased number of GOES-13
(GOES-East) Rapid Sectors, with decreased coverage for the
Southern Hemisphere and smaller Northern Hemisphere scans.
