Length of Event:  Approximately 60 mins

Details/Specifics of Change:  Environmental Satellite Processing Center
(ESPC) is planning a network outage on Wednesday, October 28, 2015,
between
1400 - 1500 UTC for Router bandwidth Upgrade. This work will impact all
production and distribution servers. All ESPC products and data
distribution will be affected. Product distribution and access will be
unavailable during this time. This maintenance affects customers that
access products over the internet. NCEP College Park customer access to
products will be unaffected.

This maintenance will NOT be done on a Critical Weather Day, nor
if there
are other significant operational issues warranting postponement.
