The DHN domain processes were stopped and restarted and IDPS began receiving data at 18:28Z (IDPS missed approximately the first half of the SMD). The Data Monitor and Recovery (DMR) generated recovery requests and was recovering SMD nominally until the DHN experienced another failure around 19:15Z causing DMR recovery requests to stop. Some data may not be transferred to users because it did not meet their timeliness requirements.
