Details/Specifics of Change: Due to the Federal Government shutdown
in the
Washington DC Metropolitan area, and the delayed start up of GOES-14
imaging activities, the Space Scans (originally scheduled for
January 28,
2016) will be rescheduled to a later date that has not yet been
determined.  GOES-14 (GOES-East spare) will be performing Quarterly
Space
Measurements during the 1900 UTC housekeeping on a future date.
Quarterly
Space Measurement scans are used for optimizing GOES imager and sounder
radiometric calibrations across the entire image frame.  Two imager
and one
sounder frames will replace the housekeeping commanding. All three
frames
will be located off Earth, viewing space.

Please note: No regularly scheduled imager or sounder frames will be
canceled.
